My January Facebook Cover
This is my Facebook cover made with My Digital Studio software. The project has 34 layers not including the Christmas Cheer DSP background. Managing layers is easy in MDS. Happy New Year everyone. May 2013 bring you good health & prosperity.
My December Facebook Cover
This is the this Facebook Cover I made for the month of December using My Design Studio and the Bright Hopes Stamp Set. I plan on making a new cover each month. I'm certain that I will get better as I become more familiar with the software. It is an amazing package and has all sorts of techniques I couldn't even dream about. Each time I use the software, I learn something new.
I used the ornament from a card for my badge. Just something fun to do.
These finish up my holiday projects posts. Not sure if I'm happy or sad. Either way, it's time to move on. Goodbye 2012. Hello 2013. Happy New Year!!!
My 2012 Christmas Card
This is the Christmas Card I chose to make for my Customers. I really like way the moonlighting (burnishing) technique that gives the appearance of the a spotlight shining on the ornament. The diagonal embossing on this sample was from a retired Textured Plate. I used the Simply Scored Scoring Tool to emboss the cards I mailed. I mailed every one of them before I took a picture.

Cookie Monster
Not feeling too well. Not well enough to get out and about but enough energy to play around with MDS. I used the Downtown Grunge Designer Series Paper and coordinating embellishments for the theme. I created the Cookie Monster embellishments with punches. A fun project for a cute photo. I can say it's cute because I (Grandma) didn't have to clean up the mess.
Snow Much Fun
The Christmas cards from the last three days were featured at a Christmas Card Workshop hosted by Diane Morton in her lovely home. I also featured them at my November stamp camp because they were all too cute not to spread the cheer.
