Sweet Baby

One of the qualities of a good demonstrator is to be a good listener.  I listen to my customers and use their comments as constructive feedback to improve their Stamp Camp experience.  Sometimes they will ask for a card with a certain theme.  A baby boy card was requested by one of  my customers.  Being a good listener, her wish was my command.  The Itty Bitty Banner stamp set made this card versatile enough to use for not just a baby card.

The Moving Forward stamp set used on this card is official Ronald McDonald House Charity stamp set.  Stampin’ UP! donates $3.00 from each set purchased to the RMHC.

Twist Fold Fun Card

This is card features a pocket on the front and back making it perfect to tuck a gift card inside. I gave my customers a choice of which design they wanted from the Sycamore Street DSP.  Then they chose the coordinating colors and buttons for their embellishment.  I guess this is where the “Fun” comes in to play in its name.

The Stampin’ Trimmer makes it easy to score and cut the precise measurements for this card.

Ferris Wheel

Ferris Wheel

The Ferris Wheel image on this stamp has to be a replica of the original Ferris Wheel from the St. Louis 1904 World’s Fair.  It just has to be.   Not that it was built for the Fair but it was there.    Well that’s my story anyway & I’m sticking to it.  This is the last card we did using the Feeling Sentimental stamp set from Sale-a-brations.  I just love this set and it’s breaking my heart to have it retire so quickly.

Another design by Carolyn King from down under.  Twelve layers just on the front alone—but who’s counting?

Down Under Colour Challenge

When I first saw this particular pattern from the Tea for Two Designer Series Paper collection, I thought, “Hmmmmm.  What in the world could I do with that?”  Well it didn’t take long to figure it out when I surfed across the pond & found a blog by Carolyn King from Perth, Australia.  Carolyn designed this card as part of a “Colour” challenge to use Soft Suede, River Rock and Pretty in Pink.   When you get a moment, take a look at her Blog and see all of her wonderful designs.  I am so inspired—and ready to copy every one of them.

This card was the #2 favorite at my last stamp camp.Colour Challenge

Facebook Spring Cover & Badge

Facebook Spring Cover 2013

With 12 inches of snow on the ground, I had to THINK SPRING!!  What better way than opening up MDS (My Digital Studio) on my laptop and create my Spring Facebook Cover and Badge while watching the snow fall.  I was sure glad not to have to go anywhere.  I hope all my peeps are safe.  I created these using the Lemonade Stand Collection.
